What We Are Looking For
We are experiencing tremendous growth in licensing our Platform to destinations and locations, and are now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help take our growth to the next level, both within Hospitality and Tourism and other verticals and industries.
In this role, you’ll kick off our lead-followup process by working to qualify and engage with prospective customers - making follow-up calls and sending emails, booking demos for our sales team, and working closely with marketing to maximize lead-flow.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategy and tactics for lead sourcing, followup, and qualification
Follow up by phone and email to book demos for the Sales Team
Manage follow-up opportunities down the sales pipeline to demo and close
Create and update records of communications with contacts in our CRM
Build a strong expertise in our platform and products, overcome objections, and help grow the sales pipeline
Relentless in your pursuits, with demonstrated grit
Outgoing, positive, personable, and eager to help potential customers discover new ways of improving their business
An exceptionally-strong communicator by phone, in writing, and in-person
Comfortable with extensive phone work in day-to-day lead followup
Highly-driven, well organized, possessing a strong sense of self-motivation
An enthusiastic and energetic team player
A “digital native” who intuitively understands new technology and its impact
At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Development Representative, or similar documented experience in phone-based conversion
Proficiency with CRM principles and practice - ideally, with Hubspot CRM
Fluency in all standard digital office tools - Google, Microsoft, and similar suites
This is a contractor role. Approximately 20 - 25 hours per week
Ideally based in Tampa Bay, Florida or South Florida - but we’re open to candidates in a proximate time zone
