Q2 Product Updates: Customer Portal

We've been working on some pretty amazing things at Threshold 360 and are excited to share some new product feature releases! Here's the quick rundown:

Billing & Payment:                                                                                                                                                              

Existing customers can now update, add, or remove payment billing options through the Customer Portal.

Help Center:                                                                                                                                                                        

The Threshold 360 Help Center is your go-to for all training and support-related needs. You can submit requests or ask questions, as well as access training videos, tutorials, and how to's as it relates to the Customer Portal. Simply login to the Threshold 360 Customer Portal and click the help icon for access. There's no need to create an additional login, as your Threshold 360 credentials automatically authenticate.

Interface Updates:                                                                                                                                                                   

We've made it easier to locate the "Create Map" and "Add Location" buttons by moving them to the top-right corner of your screen.


The crowning jewel of this update! Now you can use the subtitle feature to add brief copy to existing Thresholds on collection and anchor maps - allowing the user to see specific things that you wish to highlight. This feature is great for creating familiarization tours and site visits, promotions, housing maps, restaurant weeks, and so on. We've created a few use case scenarios within the Help Center for you to reference and take advantage of.
