We are experiencing tremendous growth in licensing the Threshold Platform to destinations and locations and are now looking for a Recruiter (consultant) to manage the sourcing of new Creators (360° Field Photographers) throughout the U.S. and beyond.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Field Operations team to identify contract photographer staffing needs and timelines, and develop strategies to source quality Creators quickly. You’ll be responsible for the full life cycle.

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in the recruiting field, preferably with a focus on recruiting creative talent
People person - you love to connect with others
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Enthusiastic about Thresholds product and culture
Ability to identify skill sets in an individual quickly
Ability to sell the Creator position
Disciplined and excellent at managing their time
Positive team player
Works extremely well with hard deadlines
Experience as an In-house Creative Recruiter at an agency or similar organization
Experience using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack
Experience using social media for sourcing leads
Experience with the Google Suite of tools
Start-up experience and/or the desire to work for an ever-changing start-up
What You'll Do
Meet with the Director of Field Operations and Field Manager regularly to identify market needs
Execute the full end-to-end recruiting process, including:
Ad generation, testing, and posting
Opening up lead channels via social media and other niche channels
Networking with existing Creators to generate referrals
Maintaining candidate inflow on a consistent basis
Reviewing video interviews to identify top prospects
Booking and leading live video interviews
Providing the Field Team with candidate recommendations by a given timeline
