What We Are Looking For
We’re experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a Director of Marketing to help take our growth to the next level.
As the Director of Marketing at Threshold 360, you’ll be responsible for driving the top-of-funnel investment pipeline by attracting, engaging, and converting leads into customers. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be the key leader who will drive measurable marketing initiatives across the company and be responsible for guiding and owning the complete suite of marketing functions, including corporate branding, product marketing, public relations, email marketing, and lead gen.
Collaborate across all levels of the company’s executive, sales, operations, customer experience, and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan
Manage all aspects of the marketing function, including content marketing, email automation, PR/media outreach, earned media, analytics, lead scoring, among other tasks.
Own the outward-facing narrative of the company, ensuring we’re telling a clear and compelling story about what we do, why we do it, and the impact we are having for customers in our target verticals
Build and deliver data-driven, cross-channel campaigns that deliver both leads and brand impact across current and new verticals
Work with the CEO and Sales Teams to create market-level product positioning and messaging that creates engagement and drives our brand
Produce content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, social media content, etc.) that bolsters our brand to prospective customers and equips the Sales team with tools to help open up doors and close deals
Own our company website, threshold360.com, and any other future marketing platforms
Build marketing and public relations plans and campaigns to support the launch of new products and new verticals
Build and manage an operating budget for the marketing department
Manage external agencies and marketing partners
A seasoned marketing professional, with a broad and deep skillset
An exceptionally strong written and verbal communicator
Highly creative and forward-thinking
Humble, scrappy, and hungry
A data-driven decision maker
A superb project manager
An enthusiastic and energetic team player
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline; MBA desirable
8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing and/or account-based marketing
5+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing, preferably B2B SaaS
3+ years of team management
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
Proven ability to partner with both internal and external management teams to drive alignment and results

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
