Visit Austin launched a new destination website in May of 2019. They implemented best practices in destination website design, including a vibrant and beautiful business directory that includes embedded Threshold 360 experiences. We believe that Visit Austin is a shining example of how 360° experiences can be utilized to enhance a destination’s business directory and drive more site traffic to destination partners.
Visit Austin has included the Threshold viewer within each directory listing to accompany the photos provided by each business. This has resulted in over 450 hours of 360° view time and over 18,000,000 impressions on Google.
