Over the past few years, we’ve built the leading SaaS platform for 360° virtual tour creation and publishing, and have aggregated the largest licensable library of 360° immersive experiences. Threshold content is viewed more than 2 million times every day on a wide variety of digital platforms and is licensed by hundreds of leading companies in Hospitality & Travel.
Our HQ is located in Downtown Tampa, Florida, where our company started. Our HQ team includes a group of creative and driven individuals, working together to realize our audacious vision. We've partnered with over 100 freelance photographers throughout North America over the last 6 years (we call them Creators).

What We Are Looking For
We're experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for an Operations Administrator to support all areas of our business including field and business operations. The right individual for this role is able to collaborate across the organization with various departments, is comfortable with data entry and compilation, is hyper-organized, and motivated to learn and execute new projects each day.
This role will be tailored to the person's interests and strengths, and is an excellent opportunity for growth within a startup business.
Office coordination, inventory & purchasing - ensure office (and remote workspace) is optimized for team productivity in collaboration with the Head of Business Operations
HQ equipment support - Share inventory ownership and equipment processes with the Head of Business Operations and VP of Content
Additional administrative support as assigned including HQ event coordination and accounts receivable
Contractor Payments - Compile payment data and send payment reports to Creators on a weekly basis
Field Operations (30%)
Own Creator offboarding, including equipment return logistics
Support Community Manager with setting up and closing recruiting job ads
Compile monthly reports for our VP of Content and execute other special projects as assigned
Customers & Marketing (30%)
Assist Account Manager with customer data management in our project management and CRM systems
Support conference coordination and tasks, and miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned
An exceptionally-strong communicator by phone, in writing, and in-person
Comfortable with large sets of data and navigating your way in Excel
Highly-driven and well organized
An enthusiastic and energetic team player, willing to go beyond to help others
A “digital native” who intuitively understands new technology and its impact
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in administration and operations
Interested in startups, entrepreneurship and technology
Fluency in all standard digital office tools - Google, Microsoft, and similar suites
This is a contractor role. Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week.
Must be based in Tampa Bay, Florida and willing to be in our downtown Tampa office at least 3 days per week
COVID safety measures have been implemented - with 90% of team remote and/or flexible
Compensation & Benefits
