The Bridges

“Building trust is a key component for all Senior Living Communities. The virtual tours Threshold created are connecting our prospective residents with our community, and creating a foundation of trust because they can see the space and begin to imagine their loved ones living here. Because of this partnership, we are getting more qualified leads and it has allowed our team to focus on relationship building.”

Janet Noah – Director of Community Relations

An Active Community

The Bridges is an Assisted Living Community, located in Brandon, Florida, designed for active seniors to enjoy their independence and privacy, without the responsibilities of managing their own home. At the core of their community, they believe that participating in fun activities and social events helps promote friendships and greatly enhances quality of life for seniors.

Connecting with Families through Virtual Tours

Last year, The Bridges’ Director of Community Relations, Janet Noah, and her team were challenged with finding an alternative way to showcase their facility to prospective residents and families. The team decided to explore virtual tour solutions, finding that few other senior living communities were using this technology. With a clear intent of differentiating themselves, The Bridges partnered with Threshold 360 to produce and publish virtual tours of their community.

Promptly after the Threshold Virtual Tours were finalized, the team embedded the new media on a lead capture form, and added a Call To Action directly in the hero-section of their homepage. Further, they added a specific Call To Action to “Check out the virtual tour” in their paper tour packets  –  encouraging families to discover the facility online, as a first step towards visiting.

The Bridges’ team quickly saw a major impact thanks to the introduction of Threshold Virtual Tours across their communications channels. The team reports that they now receive more qualified inquiries, with interested leads specifically referring to the virtual tours, and motivated to make a site visit. In addition, they’ve heard overridingly positive feedback from families – including potential residents themselves – regarding their ability to easily explore and discover the community online.

The Bridges’ selection of the Threshold Platform and marketing/sales implementation of virtual tours have meaningfully increased leadflow, as well as helping create deeper trust with families and prospective residents – ensuring people are finding the right community for their loved ones.
